WHERE I CAN FIND MY DRIVER?
Your driver is waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it. Either at the Airport or at the Port upon arrival, look for the driver with our Logo on a sign waiting for you….

Yes, they count as passengers since they occupy a seat. Children are not allowed to sit on top of an adult during the journeys.
Do you have baby seats or boosters?

Which is the method of payment?
Cash when entering the bus or, if you wish to pay by card, request it in advance when booking. You can also make the payment by bank transfer.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Our 24-hour notice cancellation policy is very flexible and designed to offer our clients maximum comfort and convenience. If you need to cancel your reservation, simply contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance of your flight’s scheduled departure time.
What happens if we arrive on two different flights?

If you arrive on different flights than your travel group, don’t worry, we have a process specially designed to handle this situation. Can I make an additional stop?

To request an additional stop on your reservation, simply contact our customer service team and provide your trip details, including the date and time of the additional stop, as well as any waiting time required. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate your additional stop request.
